I General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store (hereafter referred to as the Soul Friend Store and the rules for the execution of orders submitted through the Internet, the complaint and the mode of their handling (Service), and are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).
Online shop allows you to place orders for caps and scarves. A detailed and up-to-date list of products and categories is available on the main website.

II Prices and placing orders
Prices of goods in the offer of the shop Soul Friend are expressed in EURO and include VAT. The prices quoted do not include shipping costs, which are quoted in the ordering process (depending on the type and quantity of ordered goods) and other fees and charges, if the buyer agrees to them (in the order).
Ordering is possible using a client account (requiring registration) or without registration (one time). Registration and creation of accounts allow, among others. View order history, store data for shipping and other fixed settings. In the registration process, the following information is required: e-mail, name, date of birth, delivery address, contact number.
The seller in clearly marked cases makes it possible to make use of discounts, discounts, Discount coupons, which are provided under the ordering process.
III Confirmation, execution of orders and delivery of ordered products
In order to place an order it is necessary to correctly complete the order form by the buyer.
The order is deemed to have been submitted at the time of approval of the completed form by clicking the "order and pay" button.
The shipment of the purchased goods takes place no later than five working days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
Delivery of goods takes place through courier and postal services. Detailed information in this regard is given prior to approval (summary) of the order.
IV Payments and personal receipts
SHOP SOUL FRIEND propose following methods of payment :
Settlements of credit card transactions and e-money transfer are conducted through Dotpay.pl. Unless otherwise indicated in the ordering process, the use of Dotpay.pl services is not binding on the buyer with any additional payment. If you use Dotpay.pl services to add additional costs, their amount, the rules of payment are given in the order submission process.
V Warranty and warranty
SOUL FRIEND SHOP supplies new products without defects.
SOUL FRIEND SHOP is responsible to the buyer if the item has a physical or legal defect (warranty) on the terms set out in the provisions of art. 556 et seq. Civil Code.
Execution of warranties is governed by the Civil Code, but for the quickest and most convenient consideration of warranty or warranty claims, SHOP SOUL FRIEND suggests that information about the product being advertised includes in particular:
- full product name
- transaction number and purchase document number
- fault description

Before picking up the shipment from the courier check that the packaging has not been damaged in transport. In particular, attention should be paid to the state of the tapes or seals affixed to the consignment. In case the package is damaged or if the seals are broken, do not accept the shipment and prepare the injury report in the presence of the courier and contact the SELLER as soon as possible to clarify the matter.
VI Returns of goods
According to the Act of 30 May 2014r. Consumer rights (OJ 1974.827), a consumer who has entered into a distance contract may, within 14 days, withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs referred to in art. 33 and Art. 34 sec. 2 above.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in situations described in art. 38 above. The law, in particular where the subject of the benefit is provided in a sealed package which can not be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening the package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
The instruction on the right of withdrawal is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations.
The consumer can withdraw from the contract by giving the trader a declaration of withdrawal. The declaration can be submitted on the form, the form of which is enclosed in Appendix 2 to the Regulations, by sending it.
The consumer is obliged to return the SELLER's product immediately but no later than 14 days from the day he renounced the contract, unless the SELLER proposes that the product itself will receive. To keep the deadline, it is enough to return the product before it expires.
The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the property resulting from the use of it beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the property.
The Buyer, being a consumer, is obliged, at the expense of the Seller, to deliver the defective product to the Seller, the cheapest ordinary way of delivering goods offered by the Seller, unless the parties agree otherwise. Non-consumer buyers are obliged to deliver defective goods at their own expense.
Complaints about the Service (and other than warranty or warranty of goods or return matters) should be reported by e-mail to: shop @ soul-friend.eu.
The complaint should include at least the date and time of the event being the subject of the complaint, the complainant's email address and a brief description of the objections raised.
Complaints will be handled within 14 days of receipt, in the order of receipt date. If the above deadline can not be maintained, the Service Provider informs the complainant of the fact, stating the reason for the extension of time, and the expected time of response.
The complainant will be informed about the way the complaint is handled by email to the email address given in the complaint.
Before sending the item, we suggest contacting the Seller to determine how to return it. Because of the agreements between the Seller and the carriers, it may turn out that in a particular situation, the Seller may arrange the shipment in a cheaper way than the one chosen by the buyer.
VIII Final Provisions
Correct use of the service is possible with a PC, Mac or similar computer, which has an operating system (Windows, Mac OS, Linux or similar) and the latest versions of popular Internet browsers (ie Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari) that support JAVA SCRIPT. Some services and tools, especially for ordering products, may require access to your email account, and use of video services may require Windows Media Player version 9 or later, Adobe Flash Player version 9 or later, unless otherwise marked.
In conflict situations the SELLER will strive for their amicable settlement. However, when this proves impossible, the dispute will be resolved by the court.
SHOP SOUL FRIEND can also provide you with other services, especially newsletter, with prior consent of the user. Using this service does not require registration, however, to receive the newsletter automatically, you must provide an email address and have an active and correctly configured email account.
These regulations come into force on 01.10.2017.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The expiration date expires 14 days after the date on which you came into possession of the item or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you entered the property.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (email@example.com) of your decision to waive this contract by express statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You can use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.
If you use this option, we will send you a prompt confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal notice on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail).
To keep the withdrawal deadline, you only need to send information on the exercise of your right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the item (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest delivery method offered by us), promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment methods you used in your original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any charges in connection with this return. We may withhold payment until the item has been received or until we receive a proof of return, depending on which event occurred earlier.
Please return or forward the item to X DEFT sp. Z o.o. Sp.Komandytowa 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, ul. Gorkiego 10 immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we informed you of withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is retained if you send the item before the 14-day deadline expires.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item.
You only answer for a reduction in the value of things resulting from using it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.
